Eskom ramps up rolling blackouts to Stage 3 until further notice

JOHANNESBURG – Eskom has implemented Stage 3 power cuts until further notice.
The utility said this is due to further replenish emergency reserves in preparation for the week ahead.
Eskom said it would monitor the power system.
